Acceptance of Terms

When you request an estimate, approve a quote, or allow us to perform work on your property, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not book a service. We may update these terms from time to time and the current version always applies to new bookings.

Description of Services

D&D Pressure Washing LLC provides exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include the following:

• Exterior cleaning and house washing
• Soft washing for siding, roofs, and delicate surfaces
• Pressure washing for concrete, brick, and hard surfaces
• Gutter cleaning
• Paver restoration and sealing
• Window washing
• Deck and fence cleaning
• Holiday light installation

The exact scope of work for your job is described in your written quote. We reserve the right to recommend the safest cleaning method for each surface, which may differ from the method you request.

Quotes, Estimates, and Flat Rate Pricing

We provide free quotes based on the information and photos you share with us. Most of our jobs are priced at a flat rate so you know the cost before we start. Quotes are valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise. If conditions on site differ from what was described, such as heavier buildup, additional square footage, or extra surfaces, we may adjust the price and will always confirm any change with you before continuing.

Scheduling and Weather Delays

We schedule jobs based on availability and confirm your date in advance. Exterior cleaning depends on weather, so rain, high wind, freezing temperatures, or other unsafe conditions may require us to reschedule. If weather affects your appointment we will contact you and arrange the next available date at no extra cost. We appreciate your patience when conditions are out of our control.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless we agree to other terms in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. For larger projects a deposit may be required to reserve your date. Invoices that remain unpaid past the due date may be subject to a late fee, and we reserve the right to pause future work until your balance is settled.

Customer Responsibilities

To help us complete your job safely and on time, please do the following before our crew arrives:

• Provide clear access to all areas that need cleaning
• Move vehicles, furniture, planters, and fragile items away from the work zone
• Close all windows and doors and remove anything that water could damage
• Make sure a working outdoor water spigot is available for our equipment
• Secure pets and let us know about any sensitive landscaping or fixtures

If access or water is not available when we arrive, we may need to reschedule, which could affect pricing or availability.

Property and Surface Condition Disclaimer

Pressure washing and soft washing are powerful cleaning methods, and older or compromised surfaces can react in ways that are not always visible beforehand. Conditions such as aging siding, loose or failing paint, oxidation, cracked grout, worn sealant, rotted wood, or previous improper installation can be affected during cleaning. We always use the appropriate method for each surface, but D&D Pressure Washing LLC is not responsible for damage that results from pre existing wear, defects, or poor condition of the surface being cleaned. If we notice a risk, we will let you know before proceeding.

Satisfaction and Final Walkthrough

Your satisfaction matters to us. Whenever possible we invite you to do a final walkthrough with our crew before we leave so you can point out any spots that need attention. If you notice a concern after we leave, contact us within forty eight hours and we will do our best to make it right.

Limitation of Liability

D&D Pressure Washing LLC will perform all work with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for damage caused by pre existing conditions, hidden defects, or factors outside our reasonable control.

Insurance

D&D Pressure Washing LLC carries liability insurance for the work we perform. Proof of insurance is available upon request. Our coverage applies to our own operations and does not replace your responsibility to maintain your property in safe and sound condition.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible, ideally at least twenty four hours before your appointment. This lets us offer the slot to another customer. Deposits on larger projects may be non refundable if cancelled on short notice. We reserve the same right to reschedule for weather, equipment, or safety reasons.

Photos and Marketing Use

We are proud of our results and may take before and after photos or video of the work we complete. We may use these images to showcase our work on our website, social media, and marketing materials. We do not share your personal details with these images. If you prefer that we do not use photos of your property, simply tell us before the job and we will opt you out.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute related to our services will be handled in the appropriate courts of New Jersey.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. By continuing to book services with us, you accept the latest version of these terms.
